At Horner Management, we pride ourselves on our tenant selection process and you can be assured that you will receive a professional level of service and advice throughout the duration of the tenancy. This will guarantee your Real Estate Investment affords you optimum income.

 

Our services to you incorporate everything from, documentation, bond lodgement and initial inspections, to quarterly inspections, tribunal hearings and providing End of Financial Year statements. An after hours emergency number is available for tenants, allowing us to promptly deal with any unexpected maintenance issues.


We have a handpicked selection of tradespeople who regularly attend to our properties. They have been chosen due to their reliability, quality of service and of course price, but we are happy to use your preferred tradespeople if requested.

Management

Management Fee: Call our office for the current rates.

 

Letting Fee: 2 weeks rent + GST for a 12 month lease sign up

1 week rent + GST for a 6 month lease sign up.

Administration

Rent Review: No charge

 

Maintenance: No commissions - as charged by contractor only

 

Key Cutting: At cost (if landlord cannot provide 3 sets of keys)

Advertising

Internet: No charge to be advertised on our website with photos and description of the property. $195.00 to be advertised for 1 month on www.realestate.com.au

 

Photography: No charge (Taken at all initial, quarterly and final inspections)
